The space L’Hirondelle**** is a cozy and intimate vacation rental, perfect for a couple or a small family of up to 4 people. Designed to offer a true escape, the house invites you to slow down and savor every moment. The Accommodation • 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds, located upstairs in the barn and accessible by stairs • A modern bathroom • A fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishes, coffee maker…) • Cozy living room with Wi-Fi and TV • Private heated hot tub, accessible year-round · Outdoor swimming pool ( shared) • Access to the estate’s outdoor pool during the season • Private outdoor spaces, quiet and secluded • From November 2026, a private gym will be available at the Domaine, with high-end equipment dedicated to cardio and strength training A Customized Experience To enhance your stay, several services are available by reservation: • Breakfast and brunch delivered to the cottage • Meals or picnic baskets prepared by a local caterer, perfect for hikes • On-site creative workshops (candles, soaps, etc.) • Fitness or wellness sessions with Katerina, the estate’s host and fitness & nutrition coach (private coaching, EMS) • Tours of Champagne houses, nature walks, and nearby Champagne villages Good to know • Pets allowed upon request • Option to rent the entire Domaine d’Ailleurs (L’Hirondelle + La Grange 1755) for a group stay of up to 12 people An ideal place to recharge, relax, and discover Champagne in a different way, with complete simplicity. Guest access The accommodation is entirely privatized. Other things to note We love animals and are happy to welcome your dog to the Domaine. To ensure the comfort of all our guests and protect the accommodation, the following rules are strictly applied. Pet fee: €45 Per dog, for the entire stay. Additional dog: +€15 From the 3rd dog onwards. Mandatory rules • All dogs must be declared and approved before arrival. • Dogs are strictly not allowed on beds, sofas or armchairs. • Dog waste must be picked up immediately in all outdoor areas. • Dogs must never be left alone and loose inside the accommodation. • Dogs must be clean before entering the accommodation and before accessing areas around the pool or jacuzzi. • Dogs are not allowed in the indoor swimming pool. Enhanced cleaning and security deposit • Enhanced cleaning is carried out systematically after every stay with a pet. • In case of damage, excessive dirt, odours or hair, additional charges may be deducted from the security deposit. • A photographic inspection is carried out before and after each stay.
