Le Petite Mouillage is a sympathetically restored small barn in the beautiful Channel Island of Guernsey. Le Petite Mouillage is located in the center of the island and is well positioned for easy access to St. Peter Port (the capital), the west coast beaches, coastal & countryside walks, golf courses and the Islands local attractions. There are several restaurants close by. We offer a complementary continental breakfast on your first night so can enjoy it in morning . Private ground floor lounge and dining area with small kitchenette with microwave & grill, air-fryer, fridge, toaster and kettle. 1st floor bedroom with en-suite shower room. Tourism Guernsey 'approved' accommodation - Silver Award. Guest access Guests welcome to use the front garden and patio area, garden table/chairs (sole use). Bar-b-q and rear garden can be used (shared with my family). Car park space on gravelled drive. EV charging on the property (chargeable and by arrangement). Ground floor access, one very small step into Le Petite Mouillage, 1st floor bedroom and en-suite shower room. Digital free view channels & DVD player. USB sockets in bedroom. Check-in: After 3pm but will be flexible but must be arranged and confirmed prior to arrival. Check-out: 10am (later check-out time can be requested) will be confirmed by host. Other things to note Ground floor living area with small kitchenette with sink, microwave/grill, air fryer, fridge, toaster and kettle. 1st floor (via 12 stairs) to cosy bedroom and small modern shower room (no bath). Double bed with super comfortable memory foam mattress. Hair dryer. Iron and ironing board.
