You can walk to a very good restaurant or shop, the bike path starts 100 meters from the house, and you can reach one of the two golf courses in 10 minutes. The house is equipped with everything you may need. Cozy rooms, a study, a gym, a home theater with an extensive collection of movies, a terrace with a hot tub and a large garden... The space There is a kitchen with dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms, study with computer, printer and bed for one. Gym / playroom for children with elliptical and rowing machine, dumbbells, fitness machine, bench and TRX. By agreement, the number of sleeping places can be extended by 2 more beds for an additional fee. All bedrooms, the living room and the gym are equipped with modern TVs with Netflix streaming service and YouTube app. Outside you can use the garden, a spacious terrace with a grill and a hot tub for up to 7 people (comfortably 4). There are 6 parking spaces (2 covered) at the house. For a fee, you can rent 2 mountain e-bikes. Guest access Guests have practically the entire house at their disposal (with the exception of the storage rooms) - 3 bedrooms, a study with a single bed, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a gym / playroom for children, a terrace with a hot tub, a garden and a parking lot. Other things to note There is an extensive library of books in the house (about 200 books), mostly from the crime and thriller category. By agreement, you can borrow the book you've started reading when you leave. There is also a collection of movies on Blu-ray discs that you can play on the home theater in the living room.
