You can make a quick stop right in front of the building to drop off or pick up your luggage (police parking spot – hazard lights mandatory). The windows overlook the shared courtyard, with curtains and shutters to ensure your privacy. The common areas and courtyard are managed by the building management and may occasionally be a little untidy or busy. 🏡 The apartment itself is fully renovated, very clean, well equipped, and just a short walk from the metro. Relax and have a safe trip home! 💛 Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment (living room, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom). The building entrance, lobby and bike area are shared with other residents. Inside the apartment, the space is completely private for guests. Other things to note ⚠️ Important House Rules – A small service cabinet located high up and marked “Do not touch” is reserved for cleaning supplies (shampoo, laundry products, etc.). It is not intended for guests, please do not open it. – The apartment is strictly non-smoking. An ashtray is available on the shoe shelf behind the entrance door and must only be used outside. Any violation will result in a €100 fee for deep cleaning and odor removal. – Although we truly love animals, dogs and cats are not allowed in the apartment in order to maintain perfect hygiene for future guests. Any unauthorized animal presence will result in an additional €150 deep cleaning fee. – Please do not unplug, move, or tamper with any technical equipment (Ring Doorbell at the entrance, internet box, etc.) in order to avoid service interruptions during your stay. – Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
