Independent T1 in the heart of the Gers countryside. The space This charming single-story apartment with independent entrance is ideal for a couple, a solo traveler or a small group with a child. Located in our estate, it offers all the comforts you need for a quiet stay, surrounded by nature. As you enter the apartment you will find: Sleeping area with a 140 cm double bed (sheets are provided). The mattress being firm, we added a mattress topper for softer bedding comfort. However, we can remove it upon request. Just let us know when booking. Lounge area with sofa bed (90 cm, single bed), ideal for a child and connected TV. Small equipped kitchen: induction plate, microwave, refrigerator and Senseo machine. Bathroom with shower and toilet (towels are provided). Highlights: Free access to the estate: stroll among the centuries-old trees and enjoy the calm of the countryside. WiFi available. Easy parking on premises. Guest access To access this accommodation, after passing the Pis Chapel, you will need to enter the estate and turn right. At the end of the road you will see the house with red shutters. Please park on the left along the way to allow a vehicle to pass. Enter the building through the large glass door and cross the room, the door of the common area and at the back of this room on the right. Open the door and your accommodation is the first door on the right. We offer two reception options according to your preferences: In-person welcome: we will be happy to welcome you, show you the house and answer your questions. Self check-in: for more privacy and flexibility, the key will be placed on the garden table. This will allow you to settle in peacefully at a time that suits you. The accommodation is ideally located: 5 min from Masseube, 10 min from Seissan, 20 min from Saramon, 25 min from Mirande, 25 min from Pavie, 30 min from Auch, 30 min from Samatan, 50 min from Marciac, 1h from Vic-Fezensac, 1h from Tarbes and 1h15 from Toulouse.
