Our house is located in a charming hamlet 10 minutes from Avignon. It is part of an old Carthusian monastery attached to the chapel of the hamlet. The 300m2 garden surrounded by cuttle stone walls houses a private 4x4m swimming pool. The east / north facing house is sunny in the morning and guarantees a certain freshness on hot summer days. Peace guaranteed! Ground floor: The 20m2 kitchen open to the large 38m2 lounge, all open to the garden. An independent bedroom with shower room and wc. Upstairs: A master suite with dresssing, shower room and wc, 2 bedrooms and a shower room with wc. All bedrooms have double beds. Our "Sock" cat remains present.
