Cozy cottage with access to sauna and summer pool.

Welcome to my little paradise! Cozy guest house with daybed sofa for 2 people with kitchenette and refrigerator. If you want to bring a mattress, that's fine. Garden with lots of greenery and patio with barbecue grill. Access to a super cozy pool area (the pool is only open in summer) and sauna (for a fee). about 15 minutes by car to the world heritage Karlskrona and the sea Bus (25 min) to and from the accommodation to Karlskrona city center bus stop only 40 meters away. 300-350 meters away, there is a grocery store & pizzeria. The space Cozy accommodation with day sofa bed for 2. Kitchenette with stove, fridge, plates, cutlery, glasses and coffee cups. Coffee maker and microwave. There is a smaller fridge with freezer compartment. Small part as a dining area. Patio with a charcoal grill and seating area. You share a toilet/shower with us. The cottage is about 30 meters from my house. The renter is responsible for the cleaning. (cleaning can be done for a fee) The guest brings own sheets and towels. If you book for more than four nights, sheets are included. Otherwise, you can rent for SEK 275/set. Sauna cost: 400 SEK for 2 hours The pool is heated and open May-September. Note: The property is on a floor. So there are steps. The cottage only has cold water. Guest access As a guest, you share a common area with the host where the shower and toilet are located. There are also laundry facilities, too. During your stay The host is available by phone during the stay. Other things to note The main residence has a dog and a cat. Breakfast service can be arranged on request and availability. The pool is only open in summer, the sauna all year round (for a fee).
