Guest access The villa is located in a secure residential area. You will be lulled during your walks in the residence by the soothing sounds of the surrounding wildlife, with deer, monkeys, pigs, hares and exotic birds living freely in this peaceful sanctuary. The villa is completely private and has a fenced garden. Other things to note The villa is located in a rapidly expanding residential area. We offer it for rent with a 20% discount due to the work in progress in the surrounding area.
