Our staff will be happy to assist you with your luggage during check-in. • Government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bedrooms and all indoor common areas. If smoking is found inside the property, a cleaning charge of ₹1,000 will be applicable. Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop and outside the premises. • Non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property. • The kitchen is exclusively operated by our staff and is not accessible to guests. Our staff stays in the kitchen 24×7 to prepare meals and assist guests whenever required. • Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks can be ordered from our menu and are chargeable. Food orders are subject to availability. The kitchen operates until 10:00 PM. • Bonfire and barbecue experiences are available on request during the winter season and are chargeable. • If meals are unavailable at the property or outside kitchen operating hours, guests are welcome to order food from Swiggy, Zomato, or any other food delivery service. • Guests are requested to maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please avoid loud music, parties, or any activity that may disturb other guests or the neighborhood. • Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, furnishings, or amenities during their stay.
