The space Our property offers 9 modern and spacious private apartments (approximately 35–40 m² each) in the quiet residential neighborhood of Kamikitazawa. Perfect for couples, families, business travelers, and long-term stays. If your apartment is ready, early check-in may be available upon request. During our cleaning hours (11AM–2PM), guests may also leave their luggage in the apartment before check-in. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, balcony, and all amenities provided. The apartment is completely private and is not shared with other guests. During your stay You will not meet the host in person. However, we are always available through Airbnb messages and will be happy to assist you throughout your stay. If you have any questions, need local recommendations, or would like directions to nearby attractions, please feel free to contact us at any time. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we can respond promptly to ensure you have a safe and comfortable stay. Other things to note • Please remove your shoes before entering the apartment. • Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided. Please bring your own. • Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property. • If you would like to store your luggage before check-in, please contact us in advance. Luggage storage is subject to availability. • Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM to avoid disturbing our neighbors. • Please note that there is no elevator in the property. • Please note that the shop on the ground floor is a hair salon and is not affiliated with our property.
