Cottage under Milešovka - Velemín

For groups, I require a refundable deposit upon arrival, min. 200 Euro in cash. (Bad experience from the past, thank you for your understanding). Welcome to the classic brick cottage. It's pleasantly cool in the summer months. Large common room with fireplace. Outdoor seating. The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove. Parking 4x. The property is shared with other guests. Parking. Swimming pool, sauna is extra paid and in operation from 1.6. - 30.9. By the pool I rent a room for 2 guests for an extra fee. The space Milešov is located The whole house is just for you. The garden and pool are shared with me and other guests. View location on map The specified geographical coordinates are 50°32′23″ N, 13°56′13″ E A total of 4 living rooms (1st and 2nd floor). 1 x common room, 1x shared kitchen and 2x toilet and 2x bathroom on the ground floor. The cottage is located in a cozy valley below the Milešovka mountain. From our cottage it is possible to go on several trips. Not only Milešovka, which is the closest, but also Mount Ostrý and Lovoš. The pond is a 5-minute walk from us and there are excellent refreshments with well-chilled beer and other drinks. In the garden you can grill or use the inflatable pool for refreshments in the hot months. Suitable for weekly stays or just for the weekend by agreement and occupancy. Nearby, within 10 minutes by car, is the town of Lovosice, where the Elbe flows. Next, Litoměřice and Teplice. Guest access Guests have access to a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. The garden is also available throughout the stay. Dogs and other animals are welcome. Please clean up after your dogs, which you can put in a plastic bag in the trash. It is possible to rent a heated pool with a counter-current. Which is charged separately - 300,- CZK Person/weekend. Other things to note In case you want to use the pool, there is a fee of 100,-/day per person. Or a week 5,000,- for the whole group. The price for bed linen is 150,-CZK per person. There are many beautiful hills and mountains around for short and long trips: Milešovka, Ostrý, Tupý, Lovoš, Boreč, etc... Visit other towns around Lovosice and Litoměřice.
