Bright attic room in a quiet location. For more than two guests, an additional sleeping option can be created with a fold-out mattress. There is another room on the floor for Airbnb guests. The bathroom is only shared with other guests if the other room is booked at the same time. The house is surrounded by a large natural garden. The location is ideal for cyclists (near the Danube cycle path) & nature lovers. Charging facility for e-bikes available. 3 km to Vilshofen, 22 km to Passau. The space You have a large, light-flooded room (2nd floor) with double bed, desk, couch and built-in wardrobe as well as a view of the countryside. On request, up to 3 guests can stay in this room (a 1.40 m bed for two guests and a fold-out mattress on the floor for another guest). Guest access The kitchen must not be used. Instead, we provide you with the essentials of dishes, a kettle, tea and coffee for your own preparation, mineral water and a microwave to warm up food brought in the room. In the garden as well as on the large terrace there are private green retreat areas for the guests after consultation. Please contact us for this. During your stay We are easy to reach via Airbnb and always respond as soon as possible. Other things to note There is a possibility that there are other Airbnb guests in the room opposite. In this case, the bathroom is shared. We ask for mutual consideration for the most pleasant stay possible for all guests.
