Ground Floor - Step into the welcoming entrance hall and be greeted by a striking oak staircase with glass balustrades and elegant herringbone wood flooring that flows throughout the space. Bedroom One – Twin Ensuite with Kitchenette To your left, you’ll find a spacious twin bedroom with two single beds. This room includes a generous ensuite bathroom and its own kitchenette area, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or a relaxed breakfast in bed. Bedroom Two – Double Ensuite with Private Access Bedroom Two offers a comfortable double bed, stylish ensuite, Smart TV, and tea and coffee facilities. This room can be accessed either via Bedroom One (perfect for families) or through its own private external entrance, offering flexibility and privacy depending on your group’s needs. First Floor – The Heart of the Home. Climb the handcrafted oak staircase to the bright open-plan living area, where high ceilings and large windows fill the space with natural light. Kitchen & Dining Area - The fully equipped kitchen features deep green cabinetry, solid oak worktops, coffee machine with pods, and everything you need to prepare and share meals. A large dining table offers plenty of space for family gatherings or dinner with friends. Lounge Area - Sink into comfortable seating around a handcrafted coffee table and enjoy Smart TV entertainment with Netflix, Prime, and Apple TV. Games & Reading Zone - Across the room, the games area offers both a pool/snooker table and foosball, while a cosy reading corner provides books, puzzles, and cards for quieter moments. There’s also a small workspace—perfect for sending that last-minute email before switching fully into relaxation mode. Bedroom Three – Master Suite Tucked just off the living space, the master suite features a beautifully proportioned double bedroom with its own ensuite, TV, and unique architectural shape that creates a warm, intimate feel. Spa & Wellness - Every night of your stay includes exclusive private spa access for up to three hours. Immerse yourself in a hydrotherapy pool with built-in treadmill and swim current, unwind in the jacuzzi, detox in the infrared sauna, and revitalise with an ice bath. Guests can also enjoy use of the onsite gym and peaceful yoga area, making this the perfect escape to relax, recharge, and reconnect. Please note this property is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings—it’s a space designed for those who value peace, connection, and wellbeing. Guest access Guests have full private use of The Barn, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, and the open-plan living and games area. Private, timed access to the spa facilities (hydrotherapy pool, jacuzzi, sauna, ice bath and gym) is included for 3 hours each night of your stay. Free parking is available on site for up to 4 cars , and the property is set within peaceful countryside. Other things to note A printed Accommodation Guidebook is provided, including: - Wi-Fi details - Local restaurants, cafés, and take-aways - Shops and amenities - Emergency contact info (GP, pharmacy, etc.) - Things to do and local attractions Please note: the ground-floor double bedroom can be accessed either privately via its own external door or internally through the twin room, depending on your preferred setup. All public areas of the Gym & Spa are monitored by CCTV for the safety of our guests as these areas are unmanned and you will be required to sign a waiver form before using the facilities. Moderate alcohol consumption is allowed within the spa, we ask guests to use the shatter proof glasses provided and do not allow glass bottles in the spa. We do not tolerate drunkenness or drunken behaviour.
