Little Wolf Cabin

A single cabin nestled away on 64 acres of boreal forest is Little Wolf Cabins. Another thousand acres of crown land surround this property which provides unique wilderness experience. No one else lives on this land, it’s all yours. After parking your vehicle, you’ll hike 1 kilometre on a well-marked trail that ends at your cabin. You will feel the stress melt away as you pass through sweet smelling white spruce and groves of trembling aspen. There is no hunting on or from the property. The space Sleeping: Queen size bed in a very cozy loft. Includes all bedding. Sofa that turns into a double size bed. Includes all bedding. Kitchen/Dining: 8ft of counter, including a 2 burner propane stove, small kitchen sink. Ample potable water for cooking and separate reverse osmosis water for drinking. A full complement of utensils, dishes, pots/pans for cooking. Custom made four-seat dining table Refrigeration - suitable for perishables like meats, eggs and milk Bathroom: A separate building includes: - A composting toilet - A sink with potable water (there is no shower) - Propane heater - 500 watt hours of power Heating & Power: During cold days you’ll enjoy the wood stove. The cabin is also equipped with a propane heater for cool summer nights. We do have power but it is limited. You are provided 4000 watt hours of power during your stay. This is plenty to operate the lights, charge your devices/computer, run the water pump. Leave the heavy equipment at home like hair blowers, toasters and power tools. Outdoor Facilities Hot Tub If you like hot tubs, we’ve got you covered. A wood fired 6 seat hot tub is provided for your enjoyment. Water is replaced for every visitor so you won’t be grossed out. Fire Pit A metal fire pit is provided to roast hotdogs and enjoy s'mores. Firewood is free. BBQ There is a propane barbeque to cook large chunks of meat or vegetables - if you like vegetables. Guest access The entire 64 acres is yours to enjoy. Other things to note A waiver must be signed during the reservation process.
