Ideal for families or friends, the house of about 160 sqm is spacious and bright, designed for your comfort. Outdoor access is possible to enjoy the calm and Ardennes sunshine. Hikes, bike rides, and nature are there. Free parking on premises A perfect place to unwind. The space The property has a basement with a garage where you can park a car. On the first floor, enjoy a large, bright living room of approximately 60 m² (646 sq. ft.), including a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. On the second floor, you will have two master suites, each with a private shower and toilet, a bedroom with a single bed, and a bedroom with two single beds. All rooms have blackout shutters. Outside, enjoy a large, fully fenced garden, perfect for relaxing or letting children play safely. Guest access You have access to the entire accommodation, the basement, and the outside.
