The attractive seaside village of Combe Martin, with its picturesque beach, five pubs, and range of eateries is just over a mile away, whilst the popular town of Ilfracombe lies just four miles west of the property and offers a small harbour from which a number of interesting boat trips depart. The space A particularly pleasant trip takes visitors out into the Bristol Channel, to Lundy, where puffins and seals can be spotted, caves can be explored, and the view from the lighthouse can be enjoyed. This property has been tastefully and lovingly converted from a former farm barn and now offers a relaxing retreat sleeping two. The ground floor of the property takes the form of a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a dining table seating two, comfortable sofa, TV/DVD. The light-filled kitchen area, which overlooks the garden, is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, allowing guests to prepare all their favourite meals, if they choose to eat-in. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor, with its shower-over-bath and WC. Open-tread wooden stairs lead to the mezzanine level king-size bedroom, which overlooks the living area (Please note, this room has restricted headroom in places, due to the sloping ceilings). Outside, there is a private, enclosed patio garden, with garden furniture, making a pleasant place to enjoy a quiet drink in the sun, or an alfresco meal.
