Welcoming barn near Exeter

Finches Barn is a lovely, spacious barn that has recently been renovated. It's full of character and rustic charm, with solid walls and wooden beams. Located on the edge of the village of Thorverton, mid-Devon, it's a short walk to two friendly pubs and 5 mins drive to a handy farm shop & cafe. With several local walks, it's situated within easy reach of Exeter and the beautiful wilds of Dartmoor and Exmoor, the north and south coasts of Devon - perfect for exploring the South West! The space A lovely, spacious one-bed barn. Downstairs there is a super kitchen and a separate living/dining room. Upstairs there is a very spacious bedroom with a kingsize bed, chest of drawers, small clothes hanging rail with full-length mirror. There is also a relaxing seating area - perfect for having your morning coffee! There is a small patio area outside with a bistro table and two chairs where you can sit and enjoy the afternoon sunshine. The kitchen is well-stocked with tea, coffee etc., as well as plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, and cooking implements. Should you need anything else don't hesitate to ask and we'll help if we can. We live on site but away from the property. There’s separate parking for the barn on the driveway shared with us and our neighbours. Finches Barn is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Thorverton; less than 5 minutes by car to the Exe Valley Farm Shop and cafe; 15 minutes from Exeter St. David’s station, and only 20 minutes to Exeter, Crediton and Tiverton. Nearby attractions include: Killerton House (National Trust), 6 miles Tiverton Castle, 8 miles Redvers Buller statue, 6 miles Ludwell Valley, 8 miles
