This is the second work, Xinguang B&B The entire room is designed in an open layout with a total of one room/living room/one bathroom ● Ocean view ● 3 minutes by car from the Golden Museum in Jinguashi, about 15 minutes on foot. ● Well-lit space surrounded by mountains and light and shadow ● The place is suitable for families and friends to relax in Jinguashi ● Bath amenities and bath towels provided ● No disposable items are provided due to legal requirements ● High speed internet for leisure or office use ● Bath, floor heating, and delicious breakfast Guest access The whole house is available for guests: There is a first floor bungalow with an outdoor courtyard overlooking the sea, a living room & dining room and a bedroom (one bathroom) and a large bathtub. Equipped with a simple kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, electric stove and drinking water. * No elevator, please be aware of heavy luggage and safety when going up and down * Other things to note ● Situations where you are not welcome in this space and will be asked to check out without a refund: Bringing in visitors other than the person who booked the stay. ● Engaging in illegal or dangerous activities such as drug use, playing with fireworks, etc., will be reported to the authorities and you will be asked to leave. ● What to expect from your stay: 1.
