Ideal for discovering the vineyards, visiting the wineries and savoring the Champagne lifestyle. 🍾 The space Champagne stay in the heart of Sillery – Independent house for 4 guests Welcome to our charming independent house of 33m2 located in Sillery (51500). 🏡 The house It is located at the back of the family home, but remains completely independent with a private entrance. Capacity: 4 guests 1 comfortable bedroom 160x200 with quality bedding (sheets are provided). Air conditioning in the bedroom, but it cools the whole house. Please note that pets are allowed in the accommodation, but we prohibit pets in the bed for reasons of cleanliness and respect for other guests. Thank you for your understanding. Bright and inviting living room with a sofa bed. Kitchen fully equipped to share good meals. Plenty of utensils at your disposal, as well as coffee and tea, and a raclette machine for winter evenings. Modern and functional shower room (towels provided). Large fenced garden, with a terrace in front of the Airbnb where you can enjoy a glass of champagne, and ideal if you are bringing your pet! If you have young children, you also have access to a swing with a slide in the garden, as well as other toys you can borrow. A crib and baby bouncer are available in the accommodation, and a high chair is available on request. Private parking. You can park your vehicle in the private driveway. Up to 2 cars can be parked. WiFi 🍇 Check out near The famous vineyards of Champagne Reims and its majestic cathedral just 15 minutes drive away (the city bus also passes through the village) Nature walks along the Vesle, the small port, and in the Champagne hillsides. Bakery 2 minutes walk from the house, ideal for having breakfast on site in the morning. ✨ Whether you're coming as a couple, with family or friends, our house is the perfect place for a friendly getaway in the heart of Champagne. We'll be happy to host you and advise you on how to get to know the best local spots! 😄 I take the time to welcome guests as soon as I can.
