Great central place ideal for monthly work/student

In lower Hayes Valley, short walk to Mission, Castro & Lower Haight, with cozy comfort & quiet privacy despite the central location, perfect for transit anywhere in SF, very near most every Muni line! Single room with private entrance, great for remote work, solo travelers, students, with big desk overlooking courtyard. It accommodates 1 & has a bath shared with another long term guest. New carpet since photos and TV, BBQ, computer monitor, wireless keyboard & mouse on order, arriving 9/1/22! The space The room opens up to the covered brick patio & small quiet courtyard of a historic landmark Victorian. The room is private and the entrance and exit is through the courtyard and garage. The room has a microwave, small fridge, etc. for your convenience (and high tech cool-to-the-touch induction burners available as well). Also a new deep stainless steel utility sink just outside your door on the covered patio for washing your dishes. Arriving soon are a big screen tv, computer monitor, wireless keyboard & remote and even a large barbecue for the patio! Please make note: The room is listed as with a shared bathroom, often shared with a long term guest in the other room, across the courtyard, usually an intern or foreign university student staying for a few months. You will likely rarely ever see or hear the other guest (unless you both wish, of course). COVID-19: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have instituted some changes. *Entrance to the space will be through the garage to reduce # of people using front door *The minimum stay is increased to 30 nights *Rooms will be thoroughly sanitized between bookings according to Airbnb's strict standards *There will now be more than one full day between reservations to allow for time between sanitizing the space and the next booking. *Sanitizing wipes and cleaners will be available to all guests. Guest access This is a private room in the courtyard and there is no access to the rest of the house. The room does have a microwave, fridge etc. for your convenience. During your stay We are currently living in Hawaii. We do have several people who live nearby or on premise for any needed assistance.
