Create new memories in this charming, unique and family-friendly accommodation right by the sea with its own beach and jetty. Access to the beach house terrace with outdoor kitchen. Guest access Guests have the entire house to themselves except for your locked room. Other things to note BEFORE ARRIVAL The deposit fee of SEK 3,000 must be in my account no later than one week before arrival. When the deposit is in the account, you will be notified of where the key is, or if I will be there to greet you upon arrival. ARRIVAL On the Saturday of the week at about 3 pm and departure before 1 pm in the current week. • DOGS are not allowed • NO SMOKING indoors • The landlord is responsible for ensuring that the house is INSURED. • The tenant must be CAREFUL and take good care of the rented home. • DO NOT wear OUTDOOR SHOES INSIDE. • WASTE MANAGEMENT (waste sorting, recycling and transport) is handled according to instructions! • LAWN MOWING is done by the tenant if needed. • The tenant is responsible for KEEPING THE BEACH CLEAN. Take any trash from the grill, etc., with you when you leave. • DAMAGE in the house or garden is compensated, or in the event of major damage, the corresponding insurance deductible. Notify the landlord immediately! • The tenant leaves the house WELL-CLEANED as described below. WHEN HANDING OVER THE HOUSE LEAVE THE HOUSE IN A CLEAN AND NEAT CONDITION! • Everything put back in order • Wiped and cleaned in the kitchen: fridge, sink, stove, microwave, countertops • Toilet and shower thoroughly cleaned, sinks + mirrors cleaned. • Bed linens, sofa cushions, blankets, and rugs shaken outdoors • Beds made. • Surfaces throughout the house: dusted/mopped. • FLOORS: vacuumed and wiped dry Light wood floors: damp mop (microfiber) with soap (a capful of white soap or dishwashing liquid in water) Smudge or stain: Use a microfiber cloth or ScotchBrite with a little dishwashing detergent or soap. Toilet floor and living room floor: Mop with dishwashing detergent or Ajax in water. If the house is not properly cleaned or the conditions are not followed, a charge of SEK 3,000 will be applied.
