The reservation must reflect the actual number of guests (including children of any age). The primary guest is responsible for properly disclosing this information at the time of booking. The administration may refuse entry, cancel the stay, or vacate the property if this rule is violated. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Responsible use of fire. It is strictly forbidden to light bonfires or fires outside the enabled areas. Fire is only allowed in the fireplaces in the living room, without moving fireplaces or embers to other places. The use of pyrotechnics is prohibited. The use of firecrackers, fireworks or any type of pyrotechnic material is not allowed in or around the property. Waste management. Trash must be deposited in appropriate buckets or bags. Respect for the neighborhood. It is strictly forbidden to cause annoying noise at any time. Check out of the accommodation. Upon departure, guests must leave the spaces tidy and collected. Minimum booking is 2 nights. We reserve the right to cancel if the stay is for fewer nights.
