Gated entrance monitored 24/7. The space The apartment is designed for 4 guests – it offers a cozy mezzanine bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable fold-out sofa in the living room. All furniture and appliances are brand new, while preserved retro elements – handmade furniture, original wooden stairs, a manual coffee grinder, and photographs of former owners – give the interior a unique character. The compact kitchen has been cleverly designed and divided into two zones: Kitchen area – dishwasher, air fryer, small induction cooktop, microwave, a full set of pots, dishes, and cooking accessories. Coffee & tea bar – with a kettle, coffee machine, manual grinder, cups, shelf-stocked products, and a small fridge with freezer. Bathroom: modern, with Villeroy & Boch fixtures, a spacious walk-in shower, and a washer-dryer. Additional amenities: high-speed fiber optic internet (600 Mb/s), smart TV with Netflix access and premium cable channels. Cleaning equipment & supplies: the apartment includes a full set of cleaning tools – two vacuum cleaners (including a handheld one), Vileda mop, iron, ironing board, and household cleaning products. This is especially convenient for longer stays. Guests will also find coffee, various types of tea, sugar, salt, pepper, hygiene products, sweets, napkins, paper towels, and dishwashing liquids. It’s a place where modern comfort meets the authentic atmosphere of Warsaw’s Old Town. Guest access The apartment is located on the top (3rd) floor of a historic townhouse at the corner of Koźla and Franciszkańska Streets. Please note: the building does not have an elevator – guests should be prepared to climb stairs. The staircase has retained its raw, historic character, but behind the apartment door awaits a fully renovated, comfortable interior designed with attention to every detail. The entrance gate to the courtyard is located on Franciszkańska Street, directly across from the Franciscan monastery. You can reach the building by car. Parking is available along Koźla Street; an additional parking area is located at the end of the street. Self check-in and check-out. Standard times are 4:00 PM (check-in) and 11:00 AM (check-out), but if you need different hours – just let us know. The key to the apartment is in a MasterLock box on the door. The code will be sent via Airbnb messenger on the day of arrival and departure. Other things to note The apartment is non-smoking. The building is under the care of the historic preservation authority. Despite being next to the Franciscan monastery, there are no ringing bells – it’s peaceful and quiet here. The location is calm and serene thanks to the enclosed courtyard – a rare advantage in the Old Town – yet everything is just steps away. The New Town Market Square, only 250 meters from the apartment, frequently hosts various cultural events and serves as a hub for artistic gatherings. A cobbled street lined with cafés leads directly to the Barbican and the Royal Castle. During the war, the walls of the Warsaw Ghetto ran alongside this building. It was known as the “Ghetto Granary” because food was smuggled into the sealed-off Jewish district through here. Invoices available upon request.
