This elegant village house, standing proudly in the main square in the beautiful and historic village of Moclín, was the property restored for the BBC TV programme, 'Amanda and Alan's Spanish Job'. The new owners have created a welcoming, stylish and elegant holiday property that provides the ideal base from where to enjoy Granada Province. The space The accommodation is laid out on three floors, and the stairs between each floor are steep. As a result, the property is not suitable for young children or guests with limited mobility. On the ground floor, there is a lovely dining room that opens into a spacious kitchen with a central island. There is a fridge and separate freezer, an ice-maker, coffee machine and kettle. Doors from the kitchen lead to a rear passage and the patio/terrace beyond. The first floor has two bedrooms with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. The top floor has the third bedroom with an open-plan bathroom. Bar and sitting room. The front terrace is a pleasant area for outside dining and the rear patio is very private with a first floor terrace. Other things to note Please note: this is an old village house that was restored to maintain the integrity of the original property. The staircases are steep both inside and outside the property, and there are quirky features due to the age of the house. The house is not ideal for very young children or adults with reduced mobility.
