Our cozy apartment at Strombergstraße 38 delights with a fantastic panoramic view over the city, the Rhine and the surrounding vineyards – ideal for relaxing in the evening with a glass of regional Riesling. In just a few minutes on foot you can reach the old town, Kulturufer, Mäuseturm, Burg Klopp, wine tastings and all amenities. Perfect for couples, wine lovers and those seeking relaxation in the Upper Middle Rhine Valley UNESCO World Heritage Site! We look forward to seeing you! 🍷 The space Accommodation and amenities: The apartment has been lovingly renovated and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Modern kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. On site you will find freely usable tea bags and coffee pods, as well as salt & pepper and vinegar & oil. Living room: Bright, spacious living room with comfortable seating area for up to 6 people and smart TV. Of course, free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. A fold-out sofa bed offers additional sleeping places. Bedroom: Comfortable king size box spring beds (180 x 200) for restful nights and enough storage space to accommodate your clothes. Bathrooms: Stylish bathroom with rain shower and high-quality fittings. A washer/dryer is at your disposal. A guest toilet offers additional space. Location and surroundings: The apartment is located on Stromberger Str. 38. Only a 15-minute walk from the Rhein-Nahe-Eck and the old town of Bingen. Bingen train station: 15 minutes' walk (1.1 km) away. From there you can get to Mainz, Worms or Koblenz Supermarket: nearest supermarket (netto) 15 minutes' walk (1.1 km) Further amenities: - CityCenter Bingen, which offers numerous shops (20 minutes' walk, 6 minutes' drive) Parking situation: free private parking in the underground garage so you can park your vehicle safely. If more parking spaces are needed, 6 visitor parking spaces are available in front of the house or in the surrounding streets. Perfect starting point for hikes in nature and visits to famous sights of the Rhine-Main area. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal, the house also offers you free access to a swimming pool + sauna (but currently both are under repair) Other things to note Due to construction work and the associated road closures on Stromberger Straße, there will likely be a large-scale detour until the end of July. We ask for your understanding regarding the resulting longer journey to and from the apartment.
