This special bungalow has recently been upgraded, to offer guests the best of both worlds; to the rear, Lincolnshire countryside views to immerse yourself in and out the front, excellent access to road, rail and bus services that will connect you to Lincoln, Newark and beyond. Fieldview is situated on the fringe of the ever popular and thriving village of Saxilby, which boasts a range of amenities for convenience and which are easily accessible for all. The space Accommodation: the bungalow has a re-modelled kitchen with a dining table and patio doors, two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a home office, a comfortable lounge, central heating thoughout and an outdoor patio and garden. Kitchen: the fully-fitted kitchen has underfloor heating and is well equipped with AEG and Smeg appliances to suit the cook who wants to prepare either one pot dishes or take advantage of delicious and seasonal local produce. Included is an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, an integrated dishwasher, an integrated fridge and freezer, a Krups/Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and an integrated washing machine. Guests can open the patio doors, bring the outside in and truly enjoy the field view. Bedrooms: one bedroom has a king sized bed, the other a double and both are dressed with beautiful bed linen for a luxurious night's sleep. There is hanging space provided and bedside storage with a hairdryer. The bungalow is fitted with white wooden shutters that allow guests to control the light and privacy in each room. Bathroom: the bathroom features underfloor heating, a heated towel rail, a generous walk-in shower with rain shower and premium toiletries by Connock, England for guests to enjoy during their stay. Home Office: this space is designed to offer guests a comfortable desk and office chair to 'work from home' while you’re away. A few items of stationery are available for you to use. A wall-mounted television is also provided and an upholstered low profile accent chair. A USB wall socket is fitted and WiFi is accessible. Lounge: the generous sized lounge features contemporary furnishings that are perfect to relax in and either watch television or read a book. The Smart TV will allow you to access your own streaming accounts. A wireless speaker, a small selection of local books and novels and a few games are available for guests to use. A remote controlled electric 'log burner' will add a romantic glow if the evening gets cool, but a generous radiator keeps the room warm. Outside: the outside patio is the ideal place to switch off and be present in the moment. Nature is truly on your doorstep. Lincolnshire is famous for its big skies and from the rear garden of Fieldview, you can experience this for yourself. Frequent visitors to the garden and visible in the landscape are the UK's favourite garden birds, in particular robins and gold finches, but we also welcome pheasants. Wild hares, a herd of deer and migrating birds will often be seen all year round. If you're lucky, you may get a fly past from the Red Arrows; they're based locally at RAF Waddington. Guest access All guests of Fieldview will enjoy access to the whole of the property including the front and rear gardens.
