Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and adventure. Animals are welcome and can be enclosed within the house boundary of about 2 acres. The scenary is breathtaking and there is plenty to do even if it's just to relax by the cozy wood heater. Close to bike and walking tracks and a comfortable drive to the ski fields. Walhalla is about an hour away and there are plenty of wineries and wonderful cafes in the area. 25 minutes to Gumbuya Park. The space It's a 3 bedroom home with a large garden on a 200 acre working beef farm. Guests are welcome to walk along the main track to the end of the farm and must stay on the track. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and the surrounding garden. You are welcome to walk on the main tracks and see more breathtaking views and cows. Other things to note Our home is well located only 8 minutes from Warragul and is well situated to undertake many activities within an hour's drive.
