Welcome to our relaxing and cozy farmhouse, surrounded by hills and close to the sea, which you can also walk to in a few minutes. Conveniently located halfway between Pesaro and Fano – a 5-minute drive or an easy bike ride along a well-maintained bike path – the property is secluded, quiet, and yet well-served, nestled in the greenery of the Ardizio hill, and very close to both a free and a equipped sandy beach. Here you can experience the beauty of nature, the light and the intense sunset between the hill and the sea. The space In the evocative landscape that surrounds it, Casa Tobira welcomes its guests in a delightful, well-kept and bright independent apartment, with panoramic outdoor spaces and a garden, among trees and plants that create oases of beauty and authentic nature, in which to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors with barbecues or relax on the sunbeds. Casa Tobira consists of 2 units with independent entrances, equipped with every comfort, wifi network and PET FRIENDLY (pets allowed). The unit in the description is located on the second floor, with a panoramic balcony overlooking the sea and the green of the garden. It consists of an equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with a shower, one of which is in the room, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a single bed, set up as a living room with a smart TV or set up as a bedroom, according to the guests' wishes, to be communicated to us at the time of booking. We renovated Tobira house in 2025 in style with the nature that surrounds it and the soul of the place, choosing every detail with love and care, materials and natural colors. Harmony is the atmosphere it expresses. All systems, fixtures, materials, furnishings, and more are new.
