Guesthouse in Eijsden

This beautiful guest house with courtyard is located in a beautiful quiet area with the bustling center of Maastricht within cycling distance. The space We welcome you to our new guesthouse. In 2019, we bought this farm in the village center of Oost Maarland in the municipality of Eijsden. After completely renovating the house, we have transformed one of the former stables into a great guesthouse. Of all the comforts with attention to some old details. The guesthouse is more than 70m2 and is located between our house and the large barn. Downstairs is a large living room with an open kitchen and a separate toilet. On the top floor (former hayloft) is the bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower. The entrance can be reached via the shared indoor courtyard where a terrace is also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped, Dishwasher, combi oven/microwave, fridge with freezer, hob, Senseo and kettle. Pepper and salt, paper towels, detergent, dishwashing brush, dishcloth and some dishwashing tablets. Enjoyment can start right away. We made the bed and for the first days there is bath and kitchen linen, toilet paper ready and a first cup of coffee or tea is also arranged. The guest house is equipped with air conditioning. Car parking is available on private property, behind a closed gate. Bicycles can be stored in the locked storage room. Pets not allowed. Tourist tax must be paid in cash upon departure. The house is located on the outskirts of the southern Limburg hills with various cycling and hiking trails. Oost Maarland is adjacent to nature reserve the Eijsderbeemden. Fun valley is a 5-minute bike ride away and 8 km away from the cozy Vrijthofof in Maastricht. At 3 km is the center of Eijsden with shopping center and various eateries and terraces. Within walking distance, at the outskirts of the village, is a restaurant with terrace. Other things to note Arrival between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Would you like to come sooner or later?
