Two barns combined into one building – this is how our place was created. From the very beginning, we knew that a perfect place to rest was to be created here. The key for us was to build something in the middle of the fields and in the vicinity of the forest, not to disturb the peaceful climate of this place. Hence the first part of the name :) "We" - what would rest be without the people who are important to us? We want you to be able to celebrate every moment with your loved ones, enjoying the peace and quiet. OdpocznijMy The space Two barns combined into one building – this is how our place was created. The first part consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The larger bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and a freestanding bathtub. One of the walls of the room is made up of tall windows overlooking the garden and pond. Waking up here in the morning, you can admire the beautiful view, and in the evening, during a relaxing bath, you can relax from all worries and problems in the company of the setting sun and the sounds of nature coming from outside. In the second bedroom, two single beds await you, which can be changed into one double bed on request. There is also a large wardrobe at your disposal. The second part consists of three bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds, which can be changed into double beds on request. In one of the bedrooms there is also a large wardrobe at your disposal. There is a mini library in each bedroom - take a look, maybe there will be an item you want to read during this holiday. Each part of the building has a separate entrance. Both kitchens are fully equipped – oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, fridge and tableware, pots, etc. In the living room, you can relax on a comfortable sofa, from which you will enjoy a beautiful view. If you feel like it, you can watch a movie on Netflix or another streaming platform. Each bathroom has a shower, washing machine, hair dryer, and a tumble dryer. When packing for a rest in our place, you don't have to worry about bath cosmetics and towels – we will remember them for you 😉 In front of the building there is a large garden with a barbecue and a place for a bonfire. Each part of the house has a wooden terrace, where you will find a table with chairs and a wood-fired hot tub, and the terrace by the pond will be the perfect place to admire the fish basking in the sun and the blooming colorful water lilies from the sun loungers. The Lessor reserves the right to determine the specific number of days depending on the season. 2. The hotel day lasts from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. 3. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. 4. It is strictly forbidden to organize parties, stag/hen nights throughout the facility. 5. The facility is monitored solely to ensure the safety of the Guests and the facility. The recorded material is not processed or made available in any way. 6. The number of people accommodated in the house must be in accordance with the package selected and paid for by the Guest. 7. No outside visitors are allowed on the premises without the consent of the hosts. If the Guest obtains such consent, the stay of people from outside is possible until 9:00 p.m. 8. During the accommodation of guests, access to the entrance (code or keys) is provided, the technical condition, quantity and devices on the premises are familiarized. Instructions are given on the use of selected devices. 9. Failure to submit comments and objections to the technical condition at the time of entering the house is a simultaneous acceptance of the conditions it offers. 10. The stay of animals is possible after prior agreement with the host. The guardian is fully responsible for the pet's stay. He is obliged to take care of the order and cleanliness of his pet throughout the facility. The animal cannot be left unattended both at home and outside. If the animal is used to spending time on the couch, armchair or bed, you should take your bedding (blanket, hood, bedspread). 11. Bearing in mind the safety of all Guests and respecting the fire protection regulations throughout the facility, it is forbidden to use any devices, objects powered by electricity or gas, which are not the equipment of the facility and which may pose a fire hazard (heaters, stoves, heaters, burners, etc.). It is forbidden to bring hazardous, flammable and explosive materials and materials with an unpleasant smell into the facility. In each of the two parts of the house there is a fire extinguisher (next to the front door) and a first aid kit (in the bathroom, in the cabinet next to the shower). 12. It is strictly forbidden to dry mushrooms throughout the facility and on the terraces. Deep frying, especially of fish, is prohibited. 13. Inside the building, it is strictly forbidden to smoke tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, use and smoke narcotic and psychoactive substances. Tobacco products can be smoked outside with respect for the presence of other Guests and taking into account fire regulations. It is forbidden to extinguish and throw cigarette butts in places other than ashtrays (available on the terrace). Smoke detectors are installed in the house. In the event of non-compliance with the prohibition, Guests are required to pay a penalty of PLN 1,500. 14. The grill and the fire can only be lit in designated places. It is strictly forbidden to light a barbecue on the terraces. Fire may only be lit in favorable weather conditions (no wind and precipitation) with extreme caution. After finishing, the fire must be secured. A lit fire or barbecue must be under the constant supervision of an adult. 15. It is strictly forbidden to move around the facility in a vehicle other than a bicycle, a cart or a scooter. The car should be left in the designated place. The OdpocznijMy facility is not responsible for damage or theft of a car or other vehicle of the Guest. 16. OdpocznijMy is not responsible for items left by Guests on the premises. 17. The OdpocznijMy facility is not responsible for any kind of damage or injury resulting from lack of supervision, improper use of objects, carelessness, non-compliance with the Regulations or applicable law and other events on the premises. 18. Each time you leave the house, please check that the doors, windows and mosquito nets are closed. 19. A deposit of PLN 1,000 is collected for any damage, theft and missing equipment, which will be verified during check-out from the facility. 20. Anyone who intentionally or accidentally destroys the property of the facility is obliged to cover the damage in full. If the amount of the deposit does not cover the damage, the Guest is obliged to pay the difference. The rented cottage should be left in the same condition as when checking in. 21. On the premises, parents or guardians are solely responsible for children and young people under the age of 18. 22. The use of the hot tub is possible after prior agreement of the details with the host of the facility. The hot tub is designed for a maximum of 6 people. It is forbidden to: - use, i.e. pouring water, pouring water, lighting a fire, activating other functions of the device without prior agreement and consent of the host, - use by children and adolescents under 18 years of age without adult supervision, - jumping into the water, - enter and exit in a manner other than using the "steps" - use cosmetics, creams, oils, body scrubs, etc. - pouring/adding own agents and preparations into the hot tub, - use toys in the hot tub, - using sharp objects and tools in the tub, - entering the hot tub in footwear and clothing other than swimwear, - eating meals in the hot tub, - smoking tobacco products, - use electronic devices (headphones, e-cigarettes, etc.) Take a shower before bathing. 23. The property borders a pond. It is only allowed to stay on the terrace by the pond. It is forbidden to: - children and adolescents under the age of 18 without adult supervision, - fishing and feeding the fish, - bathing, and jumping from the terrace into the water, - throw garbage and food scraps into the water, - leaving items and equipment on the terrace. 24. On the premises, waste segregation is required according to general rules – detailed instructions are located on the containers in front of the entrance to the building. 25. Please take care of the outdoor area, the house and the equipment. We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible, so we will be grateful for turning off unnecessary lighting and turning off the water. 26. The commencement of your stay at OdpocznijMy is tantamount to reading and accepting the Regulations. In the event of a breach of the Regulations, Guests will be immediately checked out of the facility. In such a situation, Guests are not entitled to claim a refund for unused accommodation.
