With a private entrance through the garden gate, and direct train links to London and Kent, it’s the perfect base for your getaway. The space This private annex includes a bedroom, living room and dining table, kitchen, and bathroom, with doors opening onto the garden. Enjoy access to a gym with a dartboard and fireplace, plus a peaceful spot to sit at the table under the trees. (use of the gym or dart board is at your own risk) Guest access Guests enter through the gate beside the house and have their own private door and key for easy access. The annex is fully self-contained and completely private from the main house, though attached to it. You’re welcome to relax in the covered outdoor space and the shared garden area outside the bedroom doors, and during your stay you’ll also have access to our gym.
