It offers plenty of privacy, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area, two private porches, and an additional terrace with a Jacuzzi, available for an extra fee. Access to a beautiful swimming pool and boasts spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. Your Accommodation The house is completely private and consists of one bedroom. The Jacuzzi is completely private, while the swimming pool is shared with other guests. We provide bed linen and towels, and the house is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Please remember that you are renting a private house, so daily housekeeping is not included. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine that uses paper filters. Barbecues of any kind are strictly prohibited from mid-April to mid-October due to the risk of wildfires. What Is Included The following are included in your booking price: 10% tax Final cleaning Water Internet/Wi-Fi Free parking Please note that we provide one roll of toilet paper upon arrival. Additional household and personal supplies are the guest's responsibility. EXCLUDING electricity Air Conditioning !!! There are two air-conditioning units in the house. Electricity (0,35 Euro per used KWH) used by the air-conditioning units is NOT included in the booking price and must be paid in cash upon check-out. Based on typical use, the estimated cost is approximately €2 per air-conditioning unit per 12 hours. In recent summers, we have unfortunately experienced repeated misuse of the air conditioning, including leaving it running while guests were away, setting extremely low temperatures, and operating the units continuously without allowing them to rest. This has resulted in several units freezing or breaking down. Although we understand that not every guest uses the air conditioning this way, such misuse can cause significant damage. During the high season, it is also extremely difficult to find technicians who can repair or replace air-conditioning units at short notice. We therefore kindly ask you to use the air conditioning responsibly: please switch it off when leaving the house, avoid setting extremely low temperatures, and allow the units to rest regularly. Optional Private Jacuzzi The private Jacuzzi is optional. You may book your stay with or without Jacuzzi use. If you would like to use the Jacuzzi, you must reserve it at least 24 hours before your arrival. Jacuzzi use costs €25 per day, payable in cash upon arrival. A minimum booking of two consecutive days is required to cover the necessary cleaning and water replacement. Jacuzzi days must be consecutive. Check-out & House Rules When you leave, please leave the key in the door. Please dispose of your garbage in the designated waste containers at the entrance of Finca El Moralejo. You do not need to clean the house before leaving. However, if you have used the kitchen, we kindly ask you to leave it reasonably tidy. Please do not throw away food or drinks when checking out. If there are items you do not wish to take with you, simply leave them for us. Any furniture, equipment, or other items that have been moved during your stay should be returned to their original position. Please also ensure that all garbage is placed in the appropriate waste containers.
