Approx. 20-25min from the brisbane CBD and 10min from the northern Gold Coast We are within a 4 min drive of the Hyperdome shopping centre that has everything you need including 4 free EV chargers. We are also a short walk away from a national forest with many trails to walk or bike and not to mention the Daisy Hill Koala Sanctuary. Shailer Park is a very family friendly and safe neighbourhood which we enjoyed living in. The space Unlike most STR's this house is NOT attached to any other unit. Therefore you do not need to worry about someone on the other side of the wall making noise. The house consists of 2 bedrooms. 1 bathroom with laundry facilities, 1 living room and 1 full kitchen. you will also have your own driveway, 2 car carport, and 2 outside seating areas for enjoying the surrounding nature and your own yard. Guest access once you turn onto our street your house is the second driveway on the right.
