Behind it stretches a meadow that ends almost seamlessly in the idyllic Rhine bank path. Upstairs there are three cozy bedrooms, all equipped with double beds, as well as a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub – ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. Right in front of the house you have the possibility to park 3 cars stress-free, under the carport you can also park bicycles. The "Rheinuferhaus" offers fast Wi-Fi in all rooms – ideal for work and leisure, the house and property are exclusively available for your exclusive use. Parties and bachelor parties are not allowed as you are in a residential area. Guest access Access to the house is possible directly from the driveway. The key is in a key safe. Other things to note The Rheinuferhaus is located in Urmitz, a fantastic municipality on the Rhine with approx. 3000 inhabitants about 10 minutes by car from Koblenz. In the village itself, a grocery store, three restaurants and a beer garden are within walking distance, a business park with dozens of shops is 4 km away. Directly below the property runs the Rhine bank path, which invites you to walk or bike. By bike you can reach in approx. 40 minutes to the Deutsches Eck, from there you can either continue on the Rhine, the Mosel or a little later on the Lahn. A longer bike tour can also be combined with a train ride, especially since the train station, from which you can go to Koblenz or towards Cologne/Bonn is only 650 meters away, the nearest bus stop is also only a 3-minute walk away. Koblenz is one of the oldest cities in Germany, is characterized by a historic old town and is considered the gateway to the Upper Middle Rhine Valley. In the center of the city, the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument marks the place where the Rhine and Moselle rivers converge, which are joined by terraced vineyards and provide magnificent views. Directly above Koblenz is the fortress Ehrenbreitstein, which can be reached by cable car since the 2011 Federal Garden Show, offers a unique view over Koblenz and numerous events such as exhibitions, music festivals and historical games, and also houses the Koblenz State Museum. Absolutely worth seeing and reachable by car in 15-45 minutes are the Eltz Castle and the Thurant Castle on the Moselle, as well as the Marksburg, the Lahneck and Rheinfels castles on the Rhine and last but not least the Stolzenfels Castle. For hiking enthusiasts, there are also no less than 27 dream paths in the area along the Rhine, Moselle and in the Eifel.
