Welcome to your home away from home! Nestled on a quiet street just a short stroll from Beaudesert’s town centre, this deceptively spacious cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort, character, and convenience. With three bedrooms and a cozy sleep-out, the home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. This cottage also boasts a huge pool area and outdoor entertaining space with barbeque and fire pit-ideal for families, groups, or anyone looking to explore the beautiful Scenic Rim region. The space Tina Street Retreat contains three bedrooms and a cozy sleep-out and one bathroom comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. A laundry and two toilets are accessible for guests. There is one room that is locked for storage at the current time. The cottage has a front verandah with table and seating, a back entertaining area with table and seating, fire pit and barbeque. There is also a bar area with seating. To top it all off there is a huge pool area with sun lounges and pool toys. For cars there is a two car carport with electric gate. There is also a large backyard with a swing set and large grass area. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home and outside areas, providing complete privacy during your stay. Rooms and cupboards with locks on them are not accessible to guests. The garden sheds and pool sheds are also locked and not accessible by guests. Check-in is seamless with a key lock, allowing you to arrive at your convenience. Parking is available in a two bay carport. Once you have retrieved your keys you will be able to use the electric gate opener to park your cars. Please ensure no one is near the electric gate when opening and closing. When coming and going in the evening, please take extra care as the outdoor lighting from the house is quite dim. Please ensure all gates are closed when leaving the property. Please note, we sometimes have hospital staff living next door on day and night shifts and to be mindful of noise. Other things to note No smoking: To maintain a fresh and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking is not permitted in the property. House Rules: Please respect our home and keep noise to a minimum, especially during night time hours. Guest Use and Item Policy: Everything inside and outside the home (eg pool and barbeque area) is provided for your use throughout your stay. Any item taken from our home will be charged accordingly.
