The property is walking distance from the Sycamore Canyon Wilderness Park, 5 minutes from the Canyon Crest Towncenter, 10 minutes from the Moreno Valley Mall and shopping centers, as well as 15 minutes from the Riverside Plaza. You'll have access to TWO PRIVATE ROOMS within the house and a private bathroom shared between them. The rest of the house is shared space with the owner. When staying with us you'll be given your own special PIN number to access the front door as you come and go. You'll be staying in two private bedrooms with a memory foam bed and shredded memory foam pillows. Inside the room you'll find a closet to hang and store whatever you need, as well as full access to high speed internet and even a 4K Smart TV for you to enjoy in the comfort of your room whenever you'd like. You'll have access to Netflix, Disney+ as well as many other Movies and TV shows. The bathroom is shared with one other AirBNB room. You'll have full access the kitchen as well as the living room to use as you'd like. I am fully vaccinated and though I may not always be fully present at the residence but will always be available by phone or text message in the event that you have any questions or concerns, or if you're just wanting someone to chat with. This house is located in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Just around the corner is the Sycamore Canyon Wilderness Park where you can go for a run or sit and enjoy a picnic as the sun goes down. This home is also close to so many different things to do in Riverside. We're 5 minutes from the Canyon Crest Towncenter, 10 minutes from the Moreno Valley Mall and shopping centers, and 15 minutes from the Riverside Plaza as well as the Mission Inn in Downtown Riverside. We're not located near much public transportation but there are plenty of LYFTs and UBERs around. Only tip about driving is to expect traffic anywhere in Riverside between the hours of 4:30 and 6ish.
