Its beaches awarded with the blue flag FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education) are just 100 meters from the apartment door (just down the street). These beaches are perfect for children as they do not have much depth or waves,it extends to almost 9 km of coastline and are equipped with all umbrella services, sun loungers, public showers and typical beach bars to have a drink or taste a paella. The Natural Park of S´Albufera with a wide variety of vegetation and bird diversity and the Son Real estate, full of archaeological sites, are places to visit. Guest access Ca'n Picafort has bus connections to every part of the island every 15 minutes and to the airport. We also have a health center to receive medical care, the shops are excellent with many restaurants to taste typical island meals. You can enjoy our sports facilities: municipal swimming pool, tennis court, soccer field and for cyclists of our great paradise environment in the company of nature around it. On Fridays we have a traditional flea market where you can buy fruits, vegetables, clothes... Other things to note The Parliament of the Balearic Islands approved Law 2/2016 of 30 de Marzo on Tourist Tax in the Balearic Islands, popularly known as Ecotasa. Said Tax must be applied and the fee to be required per day and person over 16 years of age is 2, 20€. For reasons of responsible consumption, the electricity expense from May to October will be free up to 50 Kw/week and the excess consumption of this amount will be charged at 0.30€/Kw from November to April it will be charged at €0.30/kw.
