Super comfy double room in family home

This listing is for one double bedroom in my family home rather than a holiday business. The room is furnished with a double bed with an 'Emma' memory foam mattress and New Zealand wool quilt, storage for clothing, mirror and bedside tables. There is a bathroom (no bath) available for your use which is equipped with shower, basin and toilet. Towels are provided. This listing and price is for one guest, with an additional guest in the same room charged at £12 per night . The space This is our family home, in a residential area close to the cycle path in North East Bristol. This house is where I live and I welcome guests during the week. Children are welcome, but the house is in no way 'child proof'. This double bedroom has a comfy ‘Emma’ memory foam mattress and a New Zealand wool duvet. There is a bathroom with shower only, no bath. If there are other guests staying in the other bedrooms at the same time, this bathroom might be shared with them. The house is c1 mile from Temple Meads, and can be accessed on foot via road, or the Bristol to Bath cycle path. Alternatively, it’s £2.50 on the bus (No.6 or 7), or c£8 in an Uber or £10 in a train station taxi. Guest access Guests have access to the ground, first floor and the garden. The top floor does not form part of your rental, so please do not try to access this part of the house. If the weather is looking good, the garden furniture will be out and free for your use. Please replace them at night, if it rains, and when you leave. During your stay As this is for the rental of a bedroom in my family home (rather than the whole house), it is highly likely that I will be at home for some / all of your stay, so I'll be available to answer your queries. It also might be the case that there are guests staying in the other two available bedrooms. Should this be the case, all areas of the house other than your bedroom may be shared with these other guests. Other things to note Food is not included in this rental, but there’s usually tea and coffee in the cupboard, and oak milk in the fridge. If you’d prefer something special, please bring your own. Toiletries are not provided, but if you’ve forgotten something, it may be in the bathroom cupboard, please do help yourself. 1.5 miles from city centre. Usually about £10 in an Uber. Also accessible via the Bristol Bath cycle path if you prefer to walk or cycle. c35 minute (1.5 miles) gentle walk to Temple Meads or c2 miles to Harbourside. Please let me know in the event of any breakages. It’s always nicer to know in advance rather than coming home to a surprise.
