Our 2025 newly built holiday apartment "Feld" is located on the 1st floor and convinces with high-quality furnishings (incl. washing machine / dryer) and modern high-end kitchen as well as a perfect location: only a few minutes from Miesbach – ideal for excursions to Lake Tegernsee, the mountains or Munich. For cyclists, we have a lockable room on the ground floor with e-charging facilities. The space Stylish, cosy and located in such a way that you can decide every day: out into nature, to the lake or into the city. Our "Feld" holiday apartment combines modern living with ecological responsibility and alpine charm. The apartment is on the 1st floor and offers enough space for up to 6 people on approx. 125 sqm. Ideal for families with 2–4 children or groups of friends traveling together and still want to enjoy enough space and privacy. With three lovingly furnished bedrooms including flat-screen TVs, a modern & fully equipped kitchen and an inviting living/dining area, it is the ideal retreat for relaxing holidays. The open-plan living/dining area is the heart of the apartment – a place to sit together, relax and enjoy. In the living room, in addition to a comfortable sofa, you will of course also find a large flat-screen TV – perfect for a cosy movie night, rainy days or "just watching the news". From the living room, you can directly access the spacious, covered wooden terrace, which invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun or to end the day with a view of the greenery. The high-quality kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and makes self-catering easy (and pleasant): it has a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, a classic coffee machine and a granite worktop block. Further amenities include free WiFi, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a steam iron. Bed linen and towels are also included in the price and will be prepared for you upon your arrival. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub (worth its weight in gold with children or after a long day outside). There is also a separate guest toilet. Active vacation on the doorstep and the big cities very close The location is a real gift: our holiday apartment is located in Valley (district of Miesbach) in the beautiful Oberland – between Munich and Rosenheim and in the immediate vicinity of Lake Tegernsee and the breathtaking mountain landscape. Take a bike ride in the morning, lie by the lake at noon and sit relaxed on the balcony in the evening – you can do it all here. No stress, no long distances, but with maximum possibilities. 🚴 Cycle paths right on your doorstep – start relaxed, without having to go anywhere first Right from the front door, fantastic cycle paths take you through the Alpine foothills, far away from any car traffic. Lake Tegernsee – with its sparkling water surface and the surrounding villages – is only about 25 kilometres away. E-bikes? No problem. On the ground floor, a lockable compartment and a charging station await – fully fuelled for the next stage. ⛷️ For winter fans: three ski resorts, one address The Sudelfeld near Bayrischzell, the Spitzingsee-Tegernsee area in Kreuth and the Brauneck near Lenggries – all three are only a short drive away. And if you love the rhythm of cross-country skiing: when there is enough snow, cross-country ski trails are created in the surrounding communities for quiet, white hours through the winter landscape. 🏙️ And when the city air beckons? Munich and Rosenheim can be reached comfortably by S-Bahn or regional train in about 40 minutes. The Kreuzstraße stop is only a few minutes' walk away (only about 400 m to the train station). Perfect for a visit to the museum, sightseeing, shopping or simply a touch of the big city in between. 🏊 Fancy relaxing and having fun in the water? You can find pure relaxation in one of the surrounding thermal baths. Whether sauna area, thermal bath or wave pool: the region has a lot to offer. 🥾 Hiking – from gentle to alpine Whether leisurely valley tours with prams, adventurous summit tours or relaxed alpine hikes with refreshments: the Alpine foothills offer trails for every requirement and every age. In spring and summer, the landscape awakens in rich shades of green, wild flowers line the paths and at the top there is usually a hut with a view that makes you forget all your troubles. The "Feld" apartment is for everyone who likes it modern and cosy and is looking for a holiday destination that feels like freedom. Guest access The apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be reached by a staircase, so it is not barrier-free. Guests can park in the courtyard free of charge. There is a lockable room at ground level for bicycles or skis, which is easily accessible from the outside. E-bikes can also be charged there or skis can be parked (note: there is no ski boot heating). Other things to note On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 3 pm. On the day of departure, the apartment should be vacated by 11 am.
