The space The town is home to one of the UK's oldest cinemas and an historic Narrow Gauge Railway known as Talyllyn which runs a stunning scenic route through ancient woodlands with views of the magnificent Cader Idris. There is a cycle/ footpath to Tywyn from the property. It also has a Railway station with links north to Barmouth, Harlech and Pwllheli and south to Aberdyfi and Machynlleth where you will find MOMA Wales-a showcase for Welsh art and crafts. For the thrill seekers the renowned Dyfi Bike Park is just a few miles from the town. The stunning coastal drive (3.5 miles ) to Aberdyfi is a joy in itself. The picturesque harbour village has small shops and is a food-lovers' delight with a superb selection of pubs, restaurants and eateries where you can sample fantastic local produce. It's also the home of the prestigious Aberdyfi Golf Club, a classic link course with spectacular views. This delightful country dwelling has been beautifully restored and today offers a welcoming blend of period character and contemporary convenience. Step through the front door and the entrance hallway hints at the character of the property, while directly in front, a cloakroom is the first of your creature comforts. A few steps up and to your right, the kitchen is a sleek, warm and sociable space complete with a dining suite and range-style cooker sure to inspire your culinary efforts. Continue off the kitchen up a couple more steps into the utility room houses laundry equipment, freezer and has space for outdoor gear. When it’s time to unwind, choose from two living rooms – the hallway leads into a lounge where there’s a wood burner and Smart TV. Beyond, the snug with TV is a lovely spot for bookworms or anyone seeking some quiet time. There is also a shower room on the ground floor. A central staircase from the hallway ascends to the first floor, where the low ceilings and exposed beams add to the historic ambience. To the left, the master double bedroom is the epitome of elegance, with its own en-suite facilities including a free-standing bath and some fabulous views.
