Garden and terrace perfect for alfresco dining or a relaxing time after activities Between lake and mountains, our apartment is the perfect place to relax, breathe the fresh air of the Pyrenees and share beautiful moments as a couple, with family or friends The space The apartment of 45 m2 is on the ground floor with a private and enclosed garden of 100m2 and a very well equipped sun terrace (barbecue, armchair, table etc.) of 16 m2. Facing the lake overlooking the mountains you can do everything on foot. This warm cocoon welcomes you summer and winter for a comfortable stay. Night space: 2 comfortable bedrooms: A first bedroom with a double bed 160 by 200. A TV. And storage closets. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and an extra heater that can accommodate 3 people. The bedroom is equipped with storage cabinets. Living area: The living room is composed of a cozy living room with dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, blender, mixer... The TV is connected with orange to have as many channels as possible. You'll also have access to channels like Netflix, Prime, and Disney Plus. Sofa bed is a comfortable 2 person bed. The other rooms: The bathroom is modern, with a heated towel rail and hair dryer, and the toilet is separate. In the hallway of the entrance you will find a closet with a washing machine. We have a private parking space in front of the residence that will accommodate your vehicle. A private ski room is available as well as a common bike room, remember to take an anti-frame. In summer in the ski room you will find 3 sunbaths to arrange them in the garden. Access to the apartment is easy (no stairs) Regarding the outside: A covered double wooden terrace will allow you to enjoy your meals, and a seating area will allow you to take a nap in front of the lake and the mountains. For your barbecues you will find a plancha-grill and you will also find children's games, snowshoes and pétanque balls.. And yes the boulodrome is 100 meters from the apartment. Pets are allowed. Please advise when booking. The lodgings are non-smoking, and private parties are strictly prohibited. The residence is quiet. Please respect this. To prepare for your arrival, a welcome booklet will be sent to you 15 days before. You can book in addition to the options for your stay. Rental of towels, bedding sets, and sheets. You'll need to confirm it 10 days before your arrival. The accommodation is to be left in the same condition as you found it upon arrival.
