Welcome to Loft Magazzino. We are delighted to welcome you to our unique world. Our loft is a place of character, where stone and wood mix with steel and concrete in a warm and inspiring atmosphere. The decor is unusual, a mixture of factory, vintage, modern, industrial and flea market styles. It is located in the old Arbois, on a very quiet street and close to all sights and amenities (1-minute walk from the center) Parking is free in Arbois The space - THE ENTRANCE: On the ground floor, full height with an exterior door, two windows without shutters, a skylight with electric roller shutter, a wooden staircase with suspended steps, wooden bench, floor lamp, small decorative vintage refrigerator, lamp, hanging ladder with plants, iron chair, green plants, golden wall decorations, copper basin with succulents, a milk jug with succulents, a green school board, two decorative animal heads, two colorful wall paintings, two golden and flowered paintings, a cuckoo clock with flowers and a male with four cushions. The floor finish is light grey waxed concrete with underfloor heating for the most part and stone cadets for access to the cellar. The walls are of different materials, stone wall preserved as is, rusted corrugated sheet metal wall, lime wall and plasterboard wall painted white. The ceiling under the ramps is made of plasterboard painted white. - THE SECONDARY BEDROOM On the 2nd floor, next to the master bedroom with a separating curtain; A skylight and electric roller shutter; A sofa bed (160 x 190 cm), a floor lamp, a black wooden shelf, a plaid, a desk, a chair, two mirrors The floor finish is dark wood. The walls are of different materials, stone wall preserved as is, and wallpaper. The ceiling under the ramps is made of plasterboard painted white. - VAULTED CELLAR: At R-1, not accessible at this time. A relaxation area will be created later. - TECHNICAL ROOM: On the ground floor, not accessible to the public Our loft is located on a small street with lots of charm in the old Arbois. It's very quiet and relaxing. Guest access Access is allowed to all rooms of the accommodation except the technical room on the ground floor where the boiler and the electrical panel are located and the vaulted cellar on the R-1 which will soon be transformed into a relaxation area. Other things to note The accommodation is a loft. Everything is open. There is no door between the entrance and the living room. The master bedroom is on a mezzanine open to the living room. The small bedroom is separated from the master bedroom by a curtain in the doorway. Only the bathroom (bathroom/toilet) has a lockable door.
