Guesthouse in Fullerton

This Guesthouse is situated behind the main house and has it's own private entrance. We are located in the heart of Fullerton. Four to six blocks walking distance to downtown Fullerton where there are numerous bars, restaurants, entertainment, and coffee shops. Great spot for Newly-weds, a getaway weekend, Disney/Knotts Berry Farm trip, College happenings, nearby conventions or Newport/Huntington Beach!! The space We are located on a historic street in Fullerton lined with Jacaranda trees. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Guest access Guests will stay in the guest house which is totally separate from our main house with their own private entrance. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and there is a Full size Sleeper Sofa in the living room. I noted the guest house sleeps 3 but 4 would be fine... I think 2 children or 2 small adults or 1 larger adult would be comfortable. Other things to note Please note: Minimum Stay - 2 nights Laundry: Please message me in the morning that you would like to do laundry. I just want to make sure it is empty when you enter the laundry room. Soap and dryer sheets are provided. The washer and dryer are located in the main house. There is a separate entrance for the laundry room, with another door to the main house.
