Located 15 minutes from Tours, 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo and less than an hour from the castles, this accommodation is perfect for a pleasant stay in the Tours region. It's completely refurbished and has all the comforts you need. It is located a 3-minute walk from all amenities (town hall, post office, bank, Esvres train station, restaurant, etc.). It is independent and attached to our house where we live with our children. The space For an area of 35 m2, it offers: - A sleeping area with a 140*200 bed and a living room separated by a screen. - A small equipped kitchen ( microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, fridge + small freezer, cutlery, pots and pans... - a large bathroom and separate toilet. - Possibility to add a mattress on the floor. OR - Possibility to add a baby crib. - Linens and towels are provided. Self check-in with lockbox. Basic necessities (toilet paper, coffee, tea, shower gel, etc.) are provided for the first night. A parking space for one light vehicle will be reserved for you (one vehicle only). No smoking in the unit. Parties are forbidden. We live next to the studio with our children. Guest access the place is independent and fully accessible to guests.
