Relais Poggio Pagnan is the ideal structure for those seeking relaxation and intimacy in an intriguing blend of old and new. You can enjoy 2 double rooms, 1 Junior Suite, 3 private bathrooms, and a spacious living room. Possibility to use the sauna for an extra fee. Immersed in the nature of Valbelluna, the building presents itself as an ancient barn recently renovated with a balanced combination of ancient materials and modern design. The space Approaching the residence by climbing the wooden stairs leading to the balcony, also skillfully restored according to local traditions, you will find yourself immersed in the splendid and unspoiled natural and rural landscapes of the Zumellese countryside. Upon entering, you will find yourself in the ancient "Knights' Hall," a room where silkworms were raised for the subsequent production of textile products, now a spacious living room. The residence is spread over two floors: on the first floor, there is the living room with fireplace, a large modern kitchen with a central "island" and induction hobs, two double bedrooms with bathrooms; on the second floor, ascending along the fascinating suspended steel stairs, you will find the "suite," consisting of a large double bedroom with bathtub, a sitting room with a sofa bed (which can be used as a second double bed if needed), and finally a private bathroom. All this for a total of up to 9 beds (with an additional single bed in the Suite). SAUNA WELLNESS AREA [EXTRA CHARGE] Also on the upper floor, among its exposed oak beams, on the opposite side of the suite up the stairs, you will find the sauna and wellness area, where you can enjoy a moment of pleasant refreshment after an intense day of sightseeing or mountain walks.
