We invite you to a comfortable, luxuriously furnished vacation home, ideal for families or groups of friends of 4 people. The property offers space and comfort, while providing privacy and relaxation in a unique atmosphere, surrounded by a garden and greenery. The space Two floors of the house with a total area of 160 sq m, 3 balconies and a very large terrace on the second floor, as well as a part of the garden, are at the guests' full disposal. The house has two apartments/bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition to the bedroom, each apartment also has a living area, a desk for work, and a separate balcony/terrace. There is also a separate dressing room and a large living/dining room with a fireplace where you can spend time together. The modern kitchen is large and fully equipped (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, sink with a waste disposal unit, toaster, kettle, blender). The house is located on the outskirts of the village but in the vicinity of other houses and on an access road. It is a very safe location, and the building also has surveillance. There is a health center next door, a church, and two grocery stores very close by. At the same time, a 10-minute walk will take you to the fields behind the village. The area is very green, with fields, forests, very nice areas for walking, and bike trails. The famous castle in Łańcut is 10 minutes away by car, and there are many other attractions. Guest access Two floors of the house with a total area of 160 sq. m, 3 balconies and a very large terrace on the second floor, as well as part of the garden, are at guests' disposal. The hosts live on the ground floor (with 3 very friendly dogs), but guests have complete privacy. There is a completely separate entrance, a separate gate, and a parking lot just for guests. A part of the garden is reserved only for guests, but you are welcome to use the entire garden if you feel like playing with the dogs. Other things to note While we are always very happy to meet and host everyone, we only accept guests verified by Airbnb and we do require identity check at the arrival.
