The 100m2 vacation apartment "Lovely Penthouse" is located in Costa Teguise, a resort town on the eastern coast of the sunny island of Lanzarote in Spain's Canary islands. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. The apartment features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request). Guests can enjoy the spectacular mountain and sea view from the garden furniture and relax in the spacious open terrace for private use. The outdoor area also features a shared pool and a private grill. The apartment is located in the Teguisol complex within walking distance of a variety of bars, restaurants, cafes, markets, and shopping venues in downtown Lanzarote. The complex also features garden areas, a children's playground, a massage center, and a Zen gym where guests can take Yoga and Tai-chi classes (for a fee). The apartment is just a 4 minute drive (1.5 km) from the Los Charcos and Playa de Las Cucharas beaches, ideal places for sun, swimming, snorkeling, and surfing. Guests can experience the natural beauty of the island in the Barranco del Huron and Los Ancones hiking areas just a 5 to 12 minutes (3 to 3.5 km) drive from the apartment. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic E.S. Teguise Golf, just a 4 minute (2.5 km) drive from the apartment. The Lanzarote area currently has 25 cycling routes that wind through the island's stunning coastal and mountain landscape. Lanzarote Airport is just a 16 minute (16 km) drive from the apartment. Free parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Pets are not allowed. A/C is not available.
