Kalamunka. Hut in Komanczy

A cozy, wooden house in the Bukowica Range, close to the forest and mountains. A unique place in the Low Beskids, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in the peaceful atmosphere of rural life, where the rhythm is shaped by nature. Every morning begins with birdsong. The rustling of leaves and the smell of blooming herbs will put you in a state of relaxation. The paths will lead you to the forest and the mountains, and there you will find blissful peace. In the evenings, time will slow down, and millions of stars will flicker in the dark sky. The space The following accommodation options are available: - a bedroom downstairs with a double bed, - a small bedroom upstairs with a single bed, - a large bedroom upstairs with three single beds, - upstairs room: with a fold-out double sofa bed and a floor space on mats (take sleeping bags). We provide bedding. For the ninth guest and subsequent guests, we will prepare mats and sheets. GROUND FLOOR: 1. first hallway: main entrance, first aid kit, hangers, shelves, shoe shelves, trekking poles, west-facing windows, ceiling lighting; 2. kitchen: wide countertop, gas stove (gas cylinder), oven, single-chamber sink, dishwasher, large and small plates, bowls, cutlery (including children's cutlery), knives, cutting boards, glasses, mugs, kitchen accessories, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, coffee filters, fridge, freezer, spices, coffee, tea, south window with curtains and curtain, west windows, ceiling lighting; 3. dining room: between the kitchen and the living room: table and four chairs, ceiling lighting; 4. living room: sofa, two armchairs, pillows, blankets, tables, cabinet, wine glasses, glasses, stereo tower (cd, bluetooth, usb), maps and guides, bookshelf (including children's books), crayons and drawing blocks, east and south windows with curtains and drapes, ceiling lighting, lamps and lights; 5. bathroom: bathtub / shower, sink, large mirror, toilet, bidet, dresser, cabinet, shelf, washing machine, drying rack, hair dryer, toilet paper, cosmetics (soaps, shower gels, shampoos, conditioners, hand cream, body lotion, oils), towels, cleaning products, north-facing windows with curtains, ceiling and wall lighting; 6. bedroom: double large bed, bedding, blankets, wardrobe with hangers, dresser, bookcase, bedside cabinets, east-facing window with curtains, ceiling lighting, night lights; 6. second hallway: hangers, shoe shelves, north and east windows, exit to the terrace and fenced garden, ceiling lighting; FIRST FLOOR (steep stairs!): 1. small bedroom: single bed, bedding, blankets, table, chest, north window with blinds, overhead light, night lamp; 2. large bedroom: three single beds, bedding, blankets, wardrobe with hangers, dresser, shelves, bedside cabinets, table and four stools, north window with curtain, ceiling lighting, night lights; 3. space by the stairs: dresser, shelves, board games, puzzles, toys, magazines, skylight, wall lighting; 4. relaxation zone: hammock, exercise mats and balls, incense, sofa bed, poufs, bookcase, shelves, east-facing window, ceiling lighting; GARDEN: A mowed space near the house, then a wild garden with trees (including fruit trees), shrubs, grasses and herbs. 1. shed: stove, table, benches, blankets, lighting (including garlands); 2. porch with the main entrance to the house, bench; 3. fenced garden, terrace, sun loungers; 4. orchard. Guest access The entire house with equipment, garden with orchard, shed, terraces, and parking spaces are available. Other things to note The house is old and wooden. We keep it clean on a regular basis - but as in a country house - spiders and cobwebs will eventually appear. In summer, the house is pleasantly cool. Watch out for the steep stairs in the house! Parking spaces are free, unmarked, located on the premises of the Agritourism: in front of the house (two cars will fit) and in front of the railway culvert (the area belongs to us). Please park on a surface that is relatively free of vegetation. The water is drinkable after boiling. It contains excessive iron and manganese, which affects its unfavorable smell and taste. It is completely harmless to humans, and we have filters installed. Water and radiators are heated by a wood stove located outside (in the shed); we provide wood and burn it on a regular basis, especially in winter (without entering the house during the presence of guests). There is also a large electric boiler (in the bathroom), heating water and radiators throughout the house. We invite you with children. In the house there are cutlery for children, a chair, a potty, a folding cot and toys, games, books, crayons and drawing blocks. We invite you to bring your pets. There are bowls and bags for waste on site. The area is unfenced, only at the terrace at the back there is a fenced garden. Keep in mind that wild animals (deer, roe deer, storks) appear nearby. We segregate waste. The trash can is in the kitchen (under the sink) and in the bathroom. Outside, under the window opposite the kitchen sink, there are baskets for sorting. Kalamunka has been operating recently. We try very hard to ensure you have a pleasant stay, we put all the equipment at your disposal and we are here to help you before and during your stay.
