The annexe includes a double bedroom with en-suite, desk, coffee station, lounge with Netflix TV, and a kitchenette. Enjoy garden access and easy bus links to Nottingham city centre. Enter directly into private self contained living space consisting of sofa, tv with Netflix and Prime, table and chairs, record player and tv unit. Continue through to the kitchenette containing smart oven, ceramic hot plate with two rings, fridge, kettle, toaster and washing machine. From the kitchenette pass through to the bedroom with wet room, toilet and shower. The bedroom has a double wardrobe, desk and chair, coffee/tea station and glass patio doors onto small private patio with garden view. There is also a mounted tv with Netflix and Prime. Please note the garden is shared with the main house. We have a golden retriever which we will keep away from guests’ private area.
