If there is no damage to the equipment or no violation of the accommodation rules at check-out, the full security deposit will be refunded on the spot ☑️ $2000 cleaning fee for barbecue utensils, free use of electric mahjong/KTV/play pool ☑️ The 2025 Tourism Bureau has stipulated that the accommodation industry does not include any disposable supplies, please bring your own 👉 toothbrush/toothpaste (towels/shower and hair products/hair dryer are provided in the room) ☑️ To be environmentally friendly, guests who stay more than 2 nights will not be provided with proactive cleaning 🈲 No smoking in the entire building, no smoking in the indoor area, including the bathroom and toilet. Violators will be fined $20,000-30,000 🈲 No pets allowed, if found, we will have the right to request immediate check-out ☑️ If you drink alcohol and vomit indoors and do not clean up or smash a cake, making it difficult to clean the B&B, a cleaning fee of $3000 will be charged ☑️ There are other accommodations next to the B&B. In order to prevent noise complaints, the KTV equipment will be turned off after 11pm ☑️ The top floor of the B&B is a semi-open area, and insects/mosquitoes are inevitable in the countryside. The B&B has electric mosquito incense, and it is recommended to bring your own mosquito repellent or take measures to prevent insects ☑️ The B&B is not responsible for pool safety issues, please pay attention to the safety of children ☑️ Within the specified number of guests, if you need extra quilts, a cleaning fee of $100/quilt will be charged (please let us know before 8:00 pm, no service will be provided after this time). ☑️ Please do not treat your dear baby as a transparent person. Children over 6 years old are counted as occupying a bed.
